Lunch:
1 bowl of congee (rice porridge) with eggs and shredded pork

Dinner:
2 cups boiled Chinese greens
1/2 cup sliced pork, king mushrooms stir fried in spicy XO sauce
1/2 cup eggs stir fried with shrimp

Snack:
1 (L) Tim Hortons Cranberry White Tea
2 500ml bottles of water
