Breakfast:
1 (m) banana
10 PC Blue Menu's Ancient Grain crackers

Lunch:
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup sliced pork, king mushrooms stir fried in spicy XO sauce
1/2 cup eggs stir fried with shrimp
1/2 cup bowl chinese greens

Dinner:
3 large slices of Black Diamond Medium Cheddar cheese
1 3" slice of Kelbasa
15 PC Blue Menu's Ancient Grain crackers

Snacks and Beverages:
1 L steeped tea w 1 milk 1 sugar (TH)
3 1/2 500 ml bottles of water
10 ounce Protein powder + water mixture
