2 tbsp Roasted Tomato Dressing (50kcal/tbsp)

10 Peanut M&Ms
(L) Tim Hortons Coffee 1 Cream 1 Sugar
(M) Tim Hortons Cranberry White Tea
3 500ml bottles of water
