1 3" slice of Kelbasa
10 PC Blue Menu's Ancient Grain Crackers
Snacks and Beverages:
1/4 large bag of No Name Brand's Sour Cream and Onion chips
20 sugared plums
1/4 cup scoop of protein powder with 8 onces of water
3 500 ml bottles of water

Where are the veggies? At least half your meal should be filled with bright or deep coloured veggies
