4 pieces of candy
1 1/2 egg tarts
4 500ml bottles of water
1 cup of green tea
Additional Exercise (non boot camp days):
7 sets of arm circles at 4 minutes per set

ReplyDeleteTry to stick to one treat a day. Also your body can get used to certain foods, so make sure to change it up
