Breakfast:
1/2 cup of Shredded Wheats
1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch!

Lunch:
1 1/2 Greek Potato
6 pieces of a Chicken Souvlaki

Dinner:
1 (m) Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup

Snack and Beverages:
1 grande Awake Tea Latte (Starbucks)
1 (L) steeped tea 1 milk 1 sugar (Tim Hortons)
10 PC Blue Menu's Ancient Grain Crackers
3 500ml bottles of water
