1. Breakfast
1 (s) banana
1/2 cup Shredded Wheats
1/2 cup Kashi Crunchy Mix

2. Lunch
1 cup cooked white rice
1 (m) sweet and sour porkchop
1/2 cup stir fried baby bok choi with garlic

3. Dinner
1 (m) spring mix salad
1 cup grilled chicken (Costco)
1 tbsp Sundried Tomato dressing

4. Snacks and Beverages
4 large slices of Black Diamond Medium cheese
1 (L) Tim Hortons steeped tea 1 milk 1 sugar
1/2 pint strawberries
a handful of raspberries
1 450ml bottle of orange juice
3 500ml bottles of water
